This has been a dish that Karen and I have wanted to do at the bistro for some time. We want it to become part of the bistro’s reputation and signature dish. To us it encapsulates the feel and direction that we want go with the Bistro. It is a selection of many interesting foods all complementing each other. Served on a black slate, a signature dish that reflects the Seasons. Karen brings together a varying selection of interesting tastes in a style similar to that of the Tapas of Spain, and which reflects the many gastronomic interests of The Deli and The Bistro.
